BlessDezign Terms & Policies Please carefully read the BlessDezign Terms and Policies to fully understand the requirements that ensure total clarity and satisfaction between BlessDezign and it's clients. POLICIES ALL PROJECTS WILL REQUIRE A JOB CONTRACT SIGNED BY BOTH THE CLEINT AND BLESSDEZIGN. All projects require a signature by the client approving the job has been carefully proofed and is 100% ready for printing. BlessDezign will not accept responsibility for spelling or information errors after client has signed off a final proof. All prices on this website are subject to change unless a job contract has already been signed. BlessDezign reserves the right to use all jobs for its portfolio unless a confidentiality agreement is made in the job contract. All overdue balances will be charged interest at a rate of 6% of the total price / month. Client will also be responisble for court, attorney and any other fees incurred if BlessDezign has to seek payment. PAYMENT TERMS Unfortunately we have to inforce the following policies for our own protection, but as we build a working relationship with you most of these plolicies will not apply. All jobs will require a 50% Deposit with the balance due on delivery of the finished product.
